1. Cancellation Policy

We strive to offer flexibility for our customers. Below are the details of our cancellation policy:

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the service (e.g., API, SMM panel, website, or Shopify store rental) has not yet been activated. To cancel, please contact us at support@rentifystack.com or via our contact form.
  • No Cancellation After Activation: Once your rental service is activated, cancellation is not available. This applies to all services, including APIs, SMM panels, business websites, e-commerce websites, Shopify stores, and developer API rentals.
  • Process: Cancellation requests within the 24-hour window will be processed promptly, and any payments made will be refunded as per our refund policy (see below).
  • Compliance: All cancellations are processed in accordance with FBR and State Bank of Pakistan regulations to ensure transparency and compliance.

2. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with our rental services. Below are the conditions under which refunds may be issued:

  • Eligible Refunds: Refunds are available for cancellations made within the 24-hour window before service activation. Once the service is activated, no refunds will be issued, as per our cancellation policy.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method, in compliance with State Bank of Pakistan regulations.
  • Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be issued for services that have been activated, used, or if the cancellation request is made after the 24-hour window. Additionally, no refunds will be provided for partial usage of rental services.
  • Dispute Resolution: If you believe a refund is warranted outside these terms, please contact us at support@rentifystack.com to discuss your case. We will review disputes fairly and in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Return Policy

As Rentify Stack provides digital rental services, our return policy is limited to the following:

  • Digital Services: Due to the nature of our offerings (APIs, SMM panels, websites, Shopify stores, and developer API rentals), physical returns are not applicable. However, you may terminate your rental service within the 24-hour cancellation window before activation.
  • Service Issues: If a rented service (e.g., API or website) is found to be defective or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of activation at our contact page. We will investigate and, if eligible, offer a replacement service or a refund as per our refund policy.
  • Compliance: All return-related processes are conducted in accordance with FBR and State Bank of Pakistan guidelines to ensure transparency and fairness.

4. Compliance with FBR and State Bank of Pakistan

Rentify Stack is officially verified by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and operates in full compliance with State Bank of Pakistan regulations. We ensure:

  • Transparent reporting of financial transactions for tax purposes as per FBR guidelines.
  • Secure payment processing for refunds in accordance with State Bank standards.
  • Adherence to Pakistani consumer protection laws to safeguard your rights.

5. Your Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth process, please adhere to the following:

  • Submit cancellation or refund requests within the specified 24-hour window via support@rentifystack.com or our contact form.
  • Provide accurate order details (e.g., order ID, service type) when requesting a cancellation, refund, or return.
  • Understand that failure to comply with the 24-hour cancellation policy will result in ineligibility for cancellations or refunds.
