4. Payment Terms

All payments for rental services are processed in accordance with State Bank of Pakistan regulations. Payment terms include:

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other methods approved by the State Bank of Pakistan.
• Invoices are issued in compliance with FBR regulations, and applicable taxes will be included as per Pakistani law.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is settled.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through Rentify Stack’s services are the property of Shadow Innovations or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the rented services for the agreed term. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

6. Compliance with FBR and State Bank of Pakistan

Rentify Stack is officially verified by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and operates in full compliance with State Bank of Pakistan regulations. We ensure:

7. Limitation of Liability

Rentify Stack and Shadow Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. 8. Termination
